Obituary of Randy Elmer John Mikkelson

Randy Elmer John Mikkelson was born to Reynold and Weltha Mikkelson in Kimberley, BC on April 19th, 1950 and passed away in Sedgewick, AB on July 1st, 2016 at the age of 66 years. He is survived by one son, Nathan (Sydney) Mikkelson; one daughter Teryl (Phil) McNeil; one step daughter Krista Nenn; six grandchildren Raya and Korbyn Mikkelson, Dan (Shawna), Jake, Keelyn, and Carter McNeil; one great grandchild Floyd McNeil; two sisters Connie (Leon) Cote and Rhonda (Kevin) Thompson; three nephews and one niece Kyler, Tein, and Reynelle Cote, and Shawn Thompson. Randy was predeceased by his parents Reynold and Weltha Mikkelson. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Sedgewick Community Hall at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016. Bikers wishing to come on the ride, we will be riding as a group to “the shack” on Sunday, July 17th, leaving at 2:00 p.m. from the Killam Krossing. Memorial donations in memory of Randy may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
