Obituary of Donald Steadman

Donald William Steadman passed away suddenly on October 25, 2019 at the age of 54. He is survived by his mother, Barbara, his sisters Nancy (Randall) and Janet (Graham) and his nieces Crystal (Lilah, Alex) and Michelle (Sean, Nolan, Rebecca). He is predeceased by his father, William (Bill).

Don attended elementary school in Alliance and high school in Sedgewick. He went onto complete his Civil Engineering degree at the University of Alberta. He then returned to the family farm where he built his own house and farmed with his dad and then on his own. He loved to downhill and x-country ski. You could find him in front of the TV watching his favourites, NFL football, and wrestling. He also loved to travel with friends to Mexico and the Dominican Republic. He will be sorely missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the battle Bend School. Memorial donations in memory of Don may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
