Obituary of Kenneth Schultz

Kenneth Leander Schultz was born at Forestburg on December 12, 1933 and passed away at Daysland on September 21, 2012 at the age of 78 years. He is survived by his brother and lifetime farming partner, Hugo and many cousins. He was predeceased by his mother Pauline, father Fred and his sister Aurelia. Ken loved his farm and cattle. The cattle were always well cared for and fed before the first light of day. His greatest passion was farming and being a good steward of the land. He also had a great interest in gardening. Ken also enjoyed curling in his younger years. He really appreciated going to bonspiels and meeting new people. He was also very interested in what was going on locally and in the world. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 27th at the Hope Lutheran Church, Forestburg. Interment will take place in the Forestburg Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Ken may be made to the Forestburg Cemetery, Hope Lutheran Church or the Daysland Hospital Foundation
