Obituary of Karen Merle Tanton

Karen Merle Tanton was born to Ralph and Verna Tanton on May 31, 1962 and passed away suddenly at home on March 26, 2016 at the age of 53 years. She leaves to mourn her two daughters Georgina and Shelby; her partner Frank; five brothers Harvey and his wife Lorraine, Donnie, Alan and his wife Brigit, Lloyd and his wife Karin, Kenny and his wife Laurie; two sisters Marlene and Laurel and her husband Zane; numerous nieces and nephews. Karen was predeceased by her father Ralph James, mother Verna Julia and sister Bonnie Louise. A Memorial Service for Karen Merle Tanton will be held on Saturday April 2, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Lougheed Community Hall. Memorial donations in memory of Karen may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of the donor's choice. Please join with the family for a time of fellowship and refreshments to be served here in the hall after the service.
