Obituary of Korey Bernard

Korey was born May 16, 1974 to Hennie and Brian in Fort McMurray, AB and grew up in Sedgewick, AB the oldest of 3.  By the time he was in his teens he had already found his passion for all things mechanical.  He started his career in AG, moving to heavy duty and spending most of his career in automotive, holding dual tickets.  Korey and Cynthia were lucky enough to find each other while young and married in July 2000.  Their love gave them 3 wonderful children and over 26 years together.  Korey enjoyed tinkering on projects, mountain biking, reading and most of all spending time with his kids and wife wherever that was.  Sadly, he was taken from us far too soon by a cruel disease.  He was predeceased by many loved ones and is survived by so many more.  His wishes through his illness and going forward were for everyone to live life as normally as possible, to celebrate and appreciate all we still have.  To hold your loved ones close and enjoy your time.
