Dorothy was an amazing lady, kind, generous and a valued member of the community. She was one of our closest neighbours growing up, and we could always count on her in so many ways. After I left home, when I returned for various events Dorothy always made time to talk to me, and made me feel like a cherished friend. Then when Lori married my brother I had opportunity to have her in my home several times and will hold those memories dearly. I am ill and will not be able to come to her service tomorrow, but please know I am there in spirit.
