Obituary of Delores Buchholz

Delores Jean was born to Anton and Ida Thalman on November 11, 1932 in Galahad, Alberta and passed away peacefully on June 13, 2021 with her family by her side. Delores married Alvin Buchholz on June 30, 1952 and was blessed with five children. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Keith (Dianne) Scott; Adria, Rae; Kevin (Rachel) Emma, Brooke, Quinn. Doug (Audrey) Nicholas (Sarah) Ella, Hadley, Kipton; Michael (Kirsten); Alexandra (Reid) Copeland. Brenda (Ron) Brianna (Rick) Amelia, Bennett; Kara (Quinn); Melissa (Jeff) Sawyer. Ron (Gerri) Jackie (Aaron); Tony (Marissa) Warren, Henry. Lyle (Holly) Colton, Kailea. Also left to cherish her memory are her sister Doreen Buchholz and brother Bob Moro as well as numerous nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, and many friends. Delores was predeceased by her husband Alvin in May of 1977 and her sister Audrey Thompson in August of 2009. Brothers-in-law, Herb Buchholz, Clarence Buchholz, Rueben Heather, Bob Klaudt, Fred Bayer, Don Thompson, sisters-in-law, Elvina Buchholz, Helen Buchholz, Ruby Moro; niece Carol Hays, and nephew Wayne Bayer. Memorial donations in memory of Delores may be made to the Galahad Cemetery, PO Box 165, Galahad, AB T0B 1R0 or to the charity of your choice. A private graveside service will be held at the Galahad Cemetery.
